"I've been studying the Silva Method for about 10 months. Not even consistently. But I recently did a migraine healing session using visualization of the brain, where it hurts, painting the area blue, etc. THE VERY NEXT HEADACHE two days later was like 10% of what it usually is. Both in severity and duration. Full disclosure, I did it ONCE. Was in alpha visualizing it for under 15 minutes. For 12 years I've had ocular migraines in the same pattern like way. Flash of light, visual disturbance for 20 minutes followed by a headache.
